Can any one tell me how to disipher what type of engine I have in my civic? I have a 98 4 door 1.6 L4 PFI SOHC 16v, Im looking for the catagories of D15, or D16, ef, eg, ek. I dont know what all those mean. Ultimately i need to know if some headers will fit. the headers fit a civic/crx/del sol sohc d16. Oh and please dont laugh, i know nothing about these things. thanks

it is a d16 series. it should have a little tage on the left side of your headers on the engine. the headers will fit any d16 motor. its either a d16y7 or a d16y8.

if you have a moonroof(ex) you have a d16y8, otherwise its a d16y7
