2009 honda civic si

so i just bought one and i was wondering if anyone knows what would be the best headlight bulbs to go with if i want a bright clean white/blue color, like a bmw.... i have seen many and even bought a few for my last vehicle but none have impressed me

I'm not sure what you're saying...but the headlights light/blue or w/e i assume you're talking about HIDs. But BMW as in Halos?
If those are the lights you want, you can get HID Halos...but i'm not too sure what kind you're talking about, let me know and i'll try to help you out.

for halogens, the philips XP is the brightest bulb you will ever find. and its much whiter than stock (no blue tho). coated blue bulb will give you less light on the road compared to clear bulb.
