so i bought a honda for the first time in my life you must understand i have always drove cars with big motors and i have always built my motors up for the drag strip but i got this car and took it for a drive and they said it was gonan be fun and i really have to say its the most underpowered and slowest car i have ever drove it has only a 0-60 of 9 seconds and the displacement of the motor is a joke it also has the body roll of a full size pick up lol. its good on gas tho with i could care less about lol my big question to you all is how do i get this to go at least somewhat faster i do not want it to fart or have any of that neno BS on it thats just sick and worng lol but and i dont want a turbo or a SC thoes IMO are a cheet a car shoudl be able to hold its own on pure motor! Also the accerlation is awful i gun it and nothign much happens it make a lot of noise but dosnt go very hard at all is there somethign i can do to the gears to increass that. thanx guys i seen this site and figered some of u could help me get this damn thing to go past 20 MPH lol.

Judging by your name it would appear all your doing here is just to start an argument. Let me just say that Honda Civic's in general are japanese engineered fuel efficient, low emission cars. If your looking for a economical car with high reliability you buy a Honda/Toyota or you go German. If all you want is HP I suggest you look for another vehicle.

No not al all man i really understand its for saveing gas that is one reason i bought it lol but i also heard that a lot of them can be made to move somewaht better then they do and how i can achive that with out wasting money much on it. i used to wipe the streets all day long with my american cars and i just wanted to see what its like driveign an import lol its not rice and i am not makeing fun of any of you at all! IMO its only rice when u add lime green neon lol and paint jap symbols on the side in green lol

its an 08... 8th gens suck... u should gone 7th or 6th gen.

they get good gas too, but u can make em go hella fast given enough parts and time.

You should have maybe gone for an 8th/7th Gen Si and just went and got nitrous or had it turbo'd. Other than that you can do the basic bolt on stuff, but it's not really going to make a huge difference overall.
