It's on the bottom of your transmission, should be a 17mm just like your oil pan drain plug.
If you don't know where that is, I doubt you know what you're doing for your transmission.

actually look on the bottom of your transmission...you will see a 3/8" plug, stick a 3/8" ratchet in there and crack that sucker off. Clean the magnetic plug part off before you replace it. Your civic takes 3 quarts of ATF. good luck its really easy

if you havent changed the trans fluid yet, the 3/8" plug usually is marked with a blue marking from the factory to make sure it was torqued before it was shipped out.
