Hey sup guys...well for chrismas I got a random tech high flow cat for my 03 ex coupe. I put it in with new gaskets and had the bolts tightened to the spec's. About a few weeks ago I started hearing a rattling noise from the exhaust and I jacked the car up, took a look. As soon i inspected the cat, I knew what the problem was. The honey comb inside the random cat fell apart. So I went ahead and called random tech, asked about their warranty and what I should do to get it fixed. At first they said they would cover it, and one whole week went by nothing, they had me going in circles and finally told me I wasn't getting a replacement. Only after 2 months the product fell apart and i put 2400 miles on the car after the install. I was surprised seeing how much they charge for their high flow cat and how crappy the product actually is. I am not sure if anyone else had this problem or I am the first. So if anyone is considering this part please becareful.

Mine has been great for over a year. The sticker burned off the first day, but that's it.

yea i read great reviews about that cat, which made me interested but i just had a bad experience.

every once in a while I'll hear a loud pop from near my engine area, only when I stomp on the gas WOT. I'm not sure if it's just the gas detonatin early, or if it's something like the cat's filtering blowing out.

well if you ask me the emoty cat is a GOOD thing. now you have more power and will pass emmissions! ;P
