Why a Civic?

Why the Honda Civic? What brought you to this car and what cars, other than Hondas do you currently own? For me, I was always impressed with the cars' handling, build quality, and durability; not to mention the gas economy. I recently sold an '02 Nissan Xterra 4x4 to buy the Civic. I enjoyed owning it and had lots of fun with it. Unfortunately, 12 mpg just didn't make sense anymore.

I like the quality and the resale value, If i ever want to trade it in. And i got a great deal on it. I also bought a 05 TSX, I dont own anything but Honda/ACURA.

They are built to last..in J.B's scale on reliability, and problems reported the top 5 were Porshe, Lexus, Lincoln, Honda, and Mercedes-Benze. Look at that all luxury then honda.... toyota was like rank 6 or 7 i believe. But yeah, they are awesome cars. My mom has had a 97 and a 02 accord and i have only had my 01 civic. It has great mileage, and its fun to drive, even tho on paper i only have 127 ponies stock. But yeah, its easy to park, and yea just a overall great car. i didnt buy my car, but i would have still bought a civic regardless.
