New to Tuning (Civic SI help needed)

yea so as the title states clearly I'm REALLY REALLY new to tuning. I have this Civic SI hb and I wanted to tune it some, not a **** load, but a little bit.

I want to work my way towards getting myself a turbocharger, but for now I'm looking into the less expensive things.

So! I have been told that the main things that i should be tuning are:
-Add Cold Air Intake - I found this AEM v2 Cold Air Intake system online, is that any good?
-Exhaust Manifold - I have no idea what to get for what, should I get a turbo manifold even though my car isn't turbocharged yet etc.
-Intake Manifold - no clue what this is, souldn't find out any info on the net about it, maybe i just suck.
-vTec Controller - again no clue and a New,
-Cam Shaft, Stage 3 - Again no clue.

Is there anything else I should/could add, to give myself more HP before I get the Turbocharger, which is probably 1-2 years off?

Any help would be AMAZING! thanks alot...

Suspension, with all the horsepower up and coming,
your going to need something to control it all.

deffinately recommend aftermarket suspension for such performance upgrades.
