Hi Everyone,
I went out and bought a K&N air filter for my 03 civic lx. After reading some articles, i am not sure if i made a good decision. I have read that since K&N air filters are oiled, they might cause a problem with the MAF sensor, even leak oil into the throddle body.
Now i am not an expert with K&N filters, but would someone shed some light on this.
Anyone heard or ran into this issue?
Thanks.

Re: Air filter replacement
When I fist got my civic I replaced the stock filter with a K&N, never had a problem, now use a Injen intake and switched the air filter to a universal K&N one, and it works fine, also make the exhaust sound a little different (compared to the original Injen air filter), but in a good way. No worries about K&N.
