Quick run down.
Intake.
Any CAI will perform better than sri.
AEM cai or Injen.
If you don't like noise, comptech or mugen.
Exhaust
Greddy sp2 or Evo would be the best bet imo.
Any aftermarket exhaust midpipe will hang lower than stock and will scrape once in awhile.
Don't expect much gain out of IHE anyways.

If you dont mind some noise get a HKS Hipower. I had one on mine it was awsome I got alot of compliments on its sound and I think it looked awsome.

I'll try to find some but it might be faster if you go to EPHatch.com and search there, its a truley awsome exhaust you wont be disappointed in it.
