si new dash kit review
Hey everyone,
I just got the new "improved" dash kit from crutchfield in the mail today and yes it does look way cooler (as you can see in the picture) but it has two flaws. One is that the storage area is quite a bit smaller the old ones dimensions are 6.5 x 1.4 and the new one is 6.5 x 1.1 this makes it harder to take cds out of here and also the new one has these ridges in the back to make it hold 2 cd cases better , for me this doesnt matter i just keep my cds without a case in there.
The biggest flaw is how easy the whole kit is to remove with the stereo in it even. A thief could have it out in about 12 sec including disconnecting the wires and attenae.
I HAVE A VIDOE OF ME TAKING IT OUT WITH EASE BUT I NEED SOMEONE TO HOST IT PLEASE PM ME THE VID IS 8 SEC AND 4MB THANKS I THINK EVERYONE WILL APPRECIATE IT.
ps even though it does remove easy it does stay put very well under normal conditions so if nothing matters but the cosmetics this is a good upgrade from the black kit of the past

Rep Power: 0 when i get a chance im gonna toake out the whole dash and secure it from the back somehow but then again if someone wants my **** they are gonna take it so why not make it easy so they dont break anything right?
