Does anyone know if the SI had a suspension change from 01 to 02? In particular I'm tiring to find out exactly what size mm bolts connect the bottom of the strut to the rotor/brake assembly. See picture below:



I think the 01's are a 14mm bolts and the 02's are a 16mm bolts.

all 01 and up civic and 02 and up si's and 02 and up rsx have the same 14mm

i know rsx. and si has 16mm bolts..im pretty sure 02 and 03 uses same bolts.(there is no 01 civic si)

LOL...everyone seems to have there own opinon or guess. Dave (Spider883) has actually installed the 14mm SPC cam bolts on his new ep3 out of the coupe he had. I beleve! Has anyone else put the 14mm bolts in there SI, and the same goes for the 16mm. I'm hoping someone who actually has installed the front bolts on there SI will post so we can find out.

P.S. sorry for refering to an 01 SI I had no idea I have a coupe so....

The bolts are 16mm for both the 02 Civic Si and the 03 Civic Coupe.

That is the part listing for the 03 Civic Coupe.

That is the part listing for the 02 Civic Si.

As you can see, they are both 16mm.

Alright, then let me start a list and you finish it or correct it:

Civic Coupe & Sedan

Go to those websites I just posted above, and then change the type/year of the Civic. It will tell what you what size bolts are needed.
