Help??

What does the -37 mean? It keeps getting lower and lower. My friend said it needed a oil change but the oil was recently changed. And also the B1 service? What does it mean? How long can I go without it because I need the car on the weekdays.

Re: Help??

B1 service: oil and oil filter change. Rotate tires.

You're probably that many miles past the service

If you had an oil change, supposed to reset the oil life meter, too

Re: Help??

Re: Help??

well, kinda. rotate tires, sure. Oil filter, depending on the filter installed and the last time it was changed, then maybe. If you did the filter the last change or change before last, you should be fine.

Re: Help??

The count down timer does not test the oil. It only gives a general oil grade.

The oil timer must be reset, manually, after the oil change.

Since the timer can not test the oil, with new oil in the car, it has no idea if the oil is new or old.
