i'm so happy I have to post again
Well I've been using fp60 every time I get gas for about a month now. I recently took another trip to chicago, but this time got lost and had to do some city driving. So lets say maybe 90% highway miles going around 65mph. The highest I've ever gotten on these trips is 38mpg. That's the record. Well I also installed a new intake a few weeks ago. Now I know from previous experience that the older intake I used to have (same K&N brand) did not increase mileage at all.
Well on this last trip, I got 42 mpg!!!!!!!!!! Normally the gas light comes on right when I get back or sometimes a bit before. This time I got back with a little over 1/4 tank left! Whatever happened, I love it. Unfortunately city mileage still sucks, its always around 20. But highway mileage is good too! Thanks lubecontrol for making a quality product.
Also I've noticed that the engine doesn't growl anymore, especially after these long trips. It has a very smooth sound to it.

there is a tribologist on s2ki.com who swears by the stuff. he's the head of a lab team from what I know and has been doing that kind of work for over 30 years. ie, he knows his sh*t.
