That is him! Those Neuspeed sports that are "waiting to be put on" are the springs that I traded him for the Kaminari front lip which I never got! Good looking out man! Thanks

None other than that. I don't really post on sports-n-imports, just kinda keep an eye out there to see if there are any shows and whatnot. But yeah, that sucks that someone from here is such a butt about that and did that to you. Dunno what you can do, maybe contact Dave from sni and see what he'll do. He seems like a pretty reasonable guy.

ive seen him in person and his car. i used to work at eckerd drugs and he came in one time and he seemed arrogant and cocky and ****, he had a kam kit on the time i saw the car. but id def do somthing about it.

I can't say that I've seen that particular car, but I also frequent on SNI, i'll see if I can start a thread there and get some of the locals to lend a hand. I'm waiting for ImportGrl to get on line so I can ask her if she found out any information.


BTW.... find out what his name is and I'll see about turning off his cable in exchange for him sending you that lip. j/k of course. What dollar amount does he owe you if he supposively wrecked his car and destroyed that lip? Hypothetically of course... Just so happen to know a few people in the tow truck business.

I am registered. I tracked him to this forum a couple of months ago then tried to IM him and send emails through this forum, but again he never returned anything. He did email me tonight saying that he had replied before that he would send the springs back or the front lip to me (which is not true at all). Basically I dont have any hard feelings I just want my money or preferably my springs back. Thanks for all your help. We will see if he follows through this time.

LOL Also got an email from his girlfriend calling be a "BIG STUPID ***" so that was nice

When someone shells out $300+ a month to run a website out of his own pocket for his friends and their friends and what not, he can pretty much do whatever he feels like. i used to be a part of sni but i too go banned....my friend posted a picture of me, him and Mannie Fresh (famous rap producer we met at a car show) to share with the people on the site. the owner (Dave) turns around and says "ill give $100 for anyone who can edit this picture" basically makin us look stupid as F*CK. We obviously defended ourselves, but he offcourse didnt allow us too. F*CK dave, all the admins, and all the regular posters on sni. the site is a waste of time anyways. you cant get ur car questions answered cuz noone probably has the same car as you, you cant state your opinion, you cant trust the marketplace section on there-----but its his site so he can do what he wants..

current mods: i took care of the emblem problem right away, i told them i didnt want a damn thing stuck to my car. hehehe umm.. got my windows tinted and i added 1 12" sub. thats all so far.. just looking into some rims and then i'll be done.

also! to those of you who have been banned from sni... please do not say F*** all of the mods and admin from sni. i do take offense to that considering my b/f is one of them and i happen to be very good friends with just about all of the mods.. understandably, not everyone agrees with the way that sni is being run. BUT, sni is not our site, it is Daves site and HE is the only one with the freedom to do whatever he wants on sni. and thats the way he wants it run, thats his choice. love it or leave it.
i saw the posts that you were talking about and i do believe that you were pushing buttons.. and one thing you have to remember is that most banns are only temporary. and if you would really like to be back on sni, all you have to do is talk to a mod and tell them your side and that you are sorry or whatever.. im sure that if they feel you are sincere they will give you another chance.

as far as the real topic of this thread goes.. once again, im really just happy that things are getting resolved.

i talked to the one who actually banned me, he's a nice guy and i think he only meant to show me what would happen if i kept it up...he said he'll see about letting me back on

i was not tryin to start ****, im a reasonable guy, i was just pointing out things i have seen on the site, then people started picking it apart

it really was not my intention to start problems and if i knew so much would arise from it, i would have never said anything...i would have edited my original post, but since i couldnt i was stuck trying to defend my opinion before people turned it around to try and get me banned, which obviously kinda worked

for some reason i couldnt just let it go like i should have, but i am man enough to admit when i am wrong, but i had no chance to in this case

the post that started all that CLEARLY said no offense to moderators or admins, and also clearly asked that noone comment or quote what i said, because that is what they always do to try and get the person that said it pissed (which they succeeded in)

I asked my friend if i could login as him, and I was the one who posted as bgizzle...it was a direct copy and paste of what i would have said if i wasnt banned immediately after the second message where ill admit, i was a lil pissed and got a lil out of line

after about 2 minutes of searching, i found SEVERAL other cases of exactly what i was talking about, so it's not like it never happened before, and i even found a nearly identical case involving Dave putting down a representative of a major national car show who was a member of the site...they got in an argument in which the rep said much worse things than i said, however, i am not as influential as a sponsor...THE SAME people were involved in this and my post...they did the exact type of instigating, misinterpreting, and turning around comments...nobody got banned in this case

but like i said, im sorry i even tried to start ****, i should have known this would happen because of me stating my opinion which i KNEW was not welcome on their site

and on a side note, YOU were in those pictures for that $100 contest? i thought the guy that posted them was the one in the pictures, i actually entered in that contest, sorry

one last note, it may seem like i am really pissed about all that on sni, but im not.

its hard to convey my exact feelings in writing, my second post there...ok i was clearly pissed then, but it was mostly personal, that added to the crap taking place there made for a bad combination

i have nothing against sni really, its a good site.
i have nothing against their moderators or admins or Dave, they do their jobs pretty well, i just think some of them should respect other peoples wishes and comments a little more, or just listen to what others have to say on the subject without smart *** retorts or comments on how they can do whatever they want...we know they can, but that dosent make everything ok.

like i said, im really not upset about it, im just not happy that i had no chance to take anything back that i said, and no chance to apologize
Dave and his friends can do whatever they want with the site...its their money.
