anyone know the laws on neons and stuff...like what can we do legally without being hassled by the damn cops...like underbody neons and stuff

^ There a "distraction" to the driver and other drivers on the road. When parked, and not on the road, you can have them on however you want.

^ Its not looking inside of the car. Its the lights seping to the outside of the windows. Same reason people dont want you to drive with your high-beams on at night. A "distraction" to other drivers.

I see your point. I can't even tell if my neons are on unless you're sitting in the car. The angle they shine is just so they light up the floor boards .
