Does anyone know why my right (passenger) side rotor wor out but the driver side looks new? I upgraded to Brembo cross drilled & slotted brake rotors, also put brand new ceramic pads. The passenger caliper was a hassle, seams to be smaller than the driver side. Pushed the cylinder all the way back. The driver side makes a weard noise when I slam on the brakes. Seams like the cylinder gives up but don't know. Any help would be appreciated.

I'll add that the noise was already there before I changed anything. Old brake pads were not worn-out and in normal braking the car seems normal.

Does Brembo even make a crossed drilled and slotted disc? Or was this a blank that was altered by another company.
Anyways... What is the year/make/model of your car? It would help me/others determine what the problem is.
My guess (with the info provided):
Could be a sticky caliper/slider pins or a bad hose. The inner hose liner may have delaminated/ballooned which may keep pressure in the line longer. Somethiong simple as an improper bleed may cause the uneven wear. You'll need to describe the "weird" noise.

Nop Ur right they do not come cross drilledo just slotted. Drilling was done by a local company.
My car is a 2003 civic ex.
The weard noise I would compare to gas leak. Only twords the end of a hard stop. I can only guess its the pad grinding on the rotor after the cylinder gives out but don't know. I can't get the car to even skid for a split second. Not sure if all weather tires is the cause of that.
