They went up 12 bucks a tire. ****ing crooks. I'll be curious to see if there's a run on the old ones. Speaking of which... anyone seen the old azenis on clearance yet?

hard in rain..... I suspect one good puddle and you'd find your self with a tree in your passanger seat... but thats based on how much the RT-215 liked puddles. These ones are suppose to have better wet grip

Are the old ones still around? If not, can I run two old ones and two new ones at races?

^I wouldnt think it would be a problem, throw the new ones up front, old ones on the back. Switch them around to find out if the new ones are actually more sticky.

Ok, its just the the rims I bought used had 2 crappy azenis and 2 good ones, so after 1 autox seasons the crappy ones need to go but I don't feel like paying to replace 2 60% good tires.

Hehe, same story with me, ditched the 2 crappy tires, 60% on the back, New on front.

Although, with the miata I think the old ones on the back will not last too long.

Speaking of these 615's, I am about to order a pair to put on some steelies for competing in HS. Would it really be worth buying these over the 215's in a size of 195/60/14? Or at that size does it really even matter?
