Interesting Read regarding JIC suspensions
Found this at the SCCA forums... Not very comforting, but then I'm on Konis...

Ehh... they're mixed reviews, and honestly I agree with just about all of them. Had I not put the car in a ditch over the weekend, I'd still be trying to figure out if I could machine a set of stainless mounts to put a set of konis in the front... keeping the pillowball and camber plate intact. I may still try to do it. The ride on the street leaves some comfort to be desired, although with the softer front springs its a little better. At speed, they're incredible. The car is nailed down like a casket. If I can some how get them gutted out, I'm gonna do it. I don't doubt that Konis are better, I just wish I knew more a year ago.
JIC coilovers just doesn't seemed to be designed for autoXing
when autoXing, my car seems to bounce too much, the damper or springs just doesn't see to work at low speed
road racing, the car seems to do great. got many praises on my car when i give people rides on the track
yeah, JIC customer service sucks unless you know them personally
i would have gotten Teins or Buddy clubs if i had to start over
