New TX Guy

Hey guys, a few months ago I had the pleasure of picking up a 99 EM1 from a buddy of mine, his pops gave him an ultimatum after having it sit for about 3 years, so I scored it for $2k. Has about 67k on the clock but has a Jap B16a2 swapped in roughly about the same miles. The car was essentially stock except for a DVD player, some type of short shift, and a DC cutback (which sounds amazing). I just put in some GSP Monomax, as I'm gonna be doing mostly suspension on this to make a decent highway cruiser and occasional track car. Anyways, gotta make a some ride heigh and preload adjustments, but here's some from after the initial install. Lookin' forward to it! After coming from a drift background, I had forgotten how nimble these FF platforms can be.

Re: New TX Guy

Welcome, still looks sharp. Where do you live in TX, I'm in Bedford, between Fort Worth and Dallas? I've been looking for some local Civic fans to work on them with, if interested send me a private message.

Re: New TX Guy

Agree with mac25, like some Meguiars Gold Class Carnauba Plus wax. Makes my 13 year old ride look pretty decent when I do its annual waxing.
