new guy checking in

i have a 1980 civic with a cvcc engine. i think it is a 1.5 not sure. it sat for about 17 yrs in the guys front yard with the parking brake on. i changed all the brake parts and the brakes work now and i put a used carb on because most of the lines were disconnected . the car runs now but it needs a glove box and a front wiper motor and a fuel pump relay. then the former owner found the shop manual from honda and gave it to me,yeah. there is also a few other things to fix but they are minor like the padding on the seats and a new fuel pump instead of the old one,ect ,ect. so i will be picking you peoples brains here soon as i can thanks.....

Re: new guy checking in

I bought a 1980 5-speed hatchback new. My first new car.
It was still running strong when I sold it. All 4 wheel wells were rusting badly.
Fun car - not unlike my 7th gen!

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Re: new guy checking in

Can you show where this relay is located, as well as the part itself?
