New Member/New Owner 96 Honda Civic

Hi I am totally new to the site and could really use some advice.
Last year I bought an awesome 1996 Honda Civic with original 100, 000 kms on it. It came with 4 summer tires a r winter tires. I've been told at least 2 winter tires need to be replaced. My gf wants to give me 4 winter tires. The tire number is P195 65 R15. I understand I can put 13, 14 and 15's on the car...can I remove the tires from the rims and put them on my 15 inch rims?
