Looking to buy a new Civic.
Looking to buy a new Civic.
Hello All,
I currently own a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL AWD. I have been having nothing but issues since I bought the car 4 months ago. It is currently at a Ford dealership for transmission issues, heat/blower motor issues, and rear defroster not working. Ford has screwed me around on this for 4 months as this is the 3rd time it has been in for the same issues. I want to trade this thing in on a 2014-2015 Civic EX Sedan. I have a 30 mile one way drive to work and the AWD isn't cutting it mpg wise either. I read nothing but good about these Civics, and have joined the forums to learn more about the car before I make a purchase.
Currently looking at a few Civics in Illinois where I live. I have found 3 different 2014's. 2 of them are nearly identical at the same dealer with 3k on the clock for $19,900. The other has slightly less options (no nav and no leather) and 6700k for $17,000. What do you think about those prices?

Re: Looking to buy a new Civic.
If it were me, at that price level, I would get a new one. You do not need AWD with a front wheel drive car unless you have no choice other then to go. Me personally, if you need 4x4, I'm staying home. And I owe 4x4 and one AWD (wife wanted a moonroof that has never been opened and in a rear drive pickup, you need 4x4
