Hello! Name's Austin. I live in southeast WI and am looking to buy a Civic. I really like EG's, but they are hard to find in my area in good shape. If I can get a good deal on it I may pick it up. It will be modded; my current car is a '96 Grand Prix that is lightly modded. I am not planning anything too crazy: projector retrofit, LED tails, tint, audio upgrades, suspension goodies, and probably an intake and exhaust. I would love to do a swap or turbo, but don't know how that works with OBD2 considering I have to pass a plugin test.

Any and all advice is very welcome. I am eager to learn from you guys and to make a fun driver's car. Cheers!
