I am still torn on which civic to go for. basically came down to 1998 or 1999. I can get pretty much same car miles and price between both of them. Can anyone chime in and help me choose which is the better car to go with. Im ready now to become a new civic owner.

Do you like the older body or the refreshed bumpers and taillights? Thats all it comes down to. Aside from that, just go for the car that has more and better service records, carfax, and condition

Whichever you can get the better deal on..i would look at pictures of them side by side and see which one appeals more to you..
