I am Herman, and visit here to converse with fellow civic owners. I enjoy going for drives in my civic on sunny weekend afternoons, hauling groceries, and attending Bingo sessions twice a week. My choice in automobiles is common with you all, except I get the feeling that I am much older in age (early 80's). I enjoy the gentle acceleration of my civic, and the pleasant ride characteristics along with the gas mileage. I chose my civic mostly because I researched the automobile specifications and dealerships for an automobile that was among the slowest in acceleration. I used to get a qeasiness while excelerating in my Geo Metro, so I traded it in for the civic after test driving it and did not get queasy at all when I would accelerate at maximum gas pedal position. I can put the accelerator downward in its full acceleration position, and gently gain the intended speed posting slower than anything else, therefore my choice of this fine automobile. I have added a color windsheild wiper accessory to make my car stand out in the crowd. I always try to help my fellow civic owners out. Most of them have exhaust problems that make their exhaust buzz like my weed wacker in the shed, so I alert them to the potential exhaust repair needed. I contribute to the civic society as needed. Also, always buy Honda OEM parts when replacing anything as the cars are not suitable for parts that make the car for racing. The civic is not engineered for abuse so use it as intended like me for groceries and bingo and trips. Thank you for accepting an 'ol geaser. I am Herman, and I choose a civic because I am 83 and I prefer a gentle tame automobile that barely burns any gasoline and leaves me more money for playing Bingo twice a week.
