Hey guys and girls! I'm Shane from Indiana. Just got my first Civic 2 weeks ago.
My ride is a '05 EX in Nighthawk Black. Got it with about 55k on it, the interior is extremely clean, exterior has very minor flaws, all-in-all a clean car. My deal with the dealer was I'd pay 9 for it if he had it buffed, oil-change, and interior detailed. They did it but their guy CAN NOT buff for ****. To the point, I came here, searched the site, and read ALL off the detail sticky. Last night I did a clay bar, Maguiars Ultimate Compound and Swirl X (by hand), then went to the Tech Wax 2.0 Awesome results
To the moderators: I'm very seasoned in forums from Team Integra ( my other ride is a '97 Teg LS ) So I look forward to being very active and contributing as much as possible. You guys run an awesome site that appears to be moderated with Excellence
I am very picky about the sites I join, and this one is the best by far
Also I have 8 or so years in Mobile electronics sales along with uncountable installations, So if anyone needs advice with Car Audio, I'm here to help. Just PLEASE do a little searching of the site first. You'd be amazed at what you can learn with a little reading... Talk to you all soon

This site has some great threads..most of the people left here and went to 7thgencivic.com ....thats where more 7thgen people are at..i still come back here to search things up..you pretty much came when this site is going down..

Am I missing something? I type in 7thgencivic.com in the address bar and this is where it takes me.... thought they were the same site.?.

7thgencivic.com was the old site when we were exclusively 7thgens 01-05. civicforums is the same site but with more sections added for other civics.
