Are there any good chips out there?
New fellow here to the hc forum. Had my 95 civic for 6 years. I wrecked it by hydroplaning a week ago. It was fixed up so now I'm making my 2nd go round on a new body kit. I had a buddy club street fighter 2 mix. I'm keeping the SF2 front end but swapping everything else with Black Widow 2 parts. I heard about a supposed chip on the market for app. $50 that can add 25 HP 
. There are a ton of chips out there and I want to keep my gas milage! Thanks for any help guys!
