Hello everyone New guy here...no flaming plz 
Bought an 04 Silver Civic Sedan with 37000k miles for $12.5K, and since I knew the dealer he added a sunroof and a spoiler for extra $500
So, did this dude rip me off or not?
Also...I didnt have much time to wait, I was in a hurry to by a car since i just started college, and I needed a reliable and safe car to drive.
