The typical new guy thread
Hey guys, I just bought my first civic (a black 2002 EX Coupe 5spd) two days ago and am really enjoying it, so I decided to join a civic thread. I got it as a certified used from a nearby Honda dealership with only 25k miles on it.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself!

Welcome to 7thgencivic.com, hope you enjoy your stay. You will find very useful information here on the Forms. Black was a very nice choice of color (hard to keep clean but nice).
This thread will probably be moved to the Forms --> Off Topic --> Introduce Yourself! Section.
Welcome... Happy modding.

I am really undecided on modding as of right now. When I bought the car the warranty was close to expiring so I chose to extend it. I owned a 1 owner used car before this one, and it had low miles and no warranty. I had spent roughly twice the car's value in repairs within the first month of ownership, so I wasn't about to do that again.
I'm not a big fan of excessive cosmetic mods, especially not with this car. I really like the way it looks just fine. Definately will buy some wheels to replace the hubcaps. I would like the car to be respectively fast, but don't really have the money or the know-how to do anything to it right now.
