I believe there's hope..

I'm gonna need ur help with this. I've got blacked out headlights the other day from a member of this site. Everything is gravy until I start to get high beamed by incoming traffic. I have checked the beams and they were waaay off, so i think, not a big deal, i can adjust them. So I reach for a tool, turn the adjusters, and... nothing happens. I've came to realize that the adjusters are busted. This really sux cuz i like the look of the headlights but hate to see the headlight beams gone wild. Please help me. I believe theres a hope to fix that. Thanks and happy new year!

Tear em apart. Do some looking around and see what you can do. There is no easy button for this one.

they may have been adjusted way too much at some point and the adjustment screw is completely out of its socket. try taking them apart and see if you can reinstall the adjuster where it needs to be

the plasic nut that holds the reflector in place is probably gone. i would just switch out the blacked out part of the headlight that is attached to the plastic cover and put it on your stock headlight. Thats probably the easiest way of fixing it.
