Blowin H1 bulbs

I got the TYC halo projectors and i'm after blowing 4 sets of H1 bulbs in the last week. Any idea what would be causing it? Had 2 blow tonight 1 at first....then 10 mins later the other one went.

I'm was using the the blue H1 generics you get off ebay for cheap. Just like these

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/H1-XE...68697388QQrdZ1

Any input would be appreicated or another type/brand of bulb to use.

uh yea your bulbs suck. the coating traps alot of heat and causes it to blow. try some OSRAM silverstar clear bulbs.

Make sure you're not touching the lens of the bulbs before you install them. Any dirt/oil on the glass lens will cause them to blow prematurely.

Got lots of good luck with these in the stock headlights. Hopefully they will be just as good in the angel eyes
