calling all TYC projector owners
Post pics of your projectors! list what bulbs you are using for all the sockets and take pics of how the light looks on the ground from the driver door. A few front shots would be good too. Make sure to list brands of bulb used. thanks! I'll have pics in a week or two.

i hated mine, the bulbs they came with sucked...tried mtec, went through 3 sets and got silver stars which lasted me until i decided to go back to stock with hid bulbs. light output is terrible. but atleast they looked good

this is the best I can do now, which I know is probably useless because the bulbs arent even on...

I have silverstars in both the low beam and high beam slots. I can take a pic next weekend when im home again with the lights on.
Hope this helps, even though it probably doesnt

i'm using polarg amber bulbs for the parking lights...the ones that came with the turn signal socket, and a valeo retrofit for the lows and the original ones for the high beams...pretty much similar to infinites

You can probably do it yourself gearbox. If you have the patience to do all that soldering for me on my dash lights. Then just replacing the projector from the tyc's should be cake for you.

For the 01-03's there's a diy on infinitie's sig. Basiclly you'll just need ballasts, bulbs, a set of single xenon projectors like ones from an a4 or a old e46 and a wiring harness. Maybe some miscellous tools.

I just used mtec super white H1 bulbs i believe, the hardest part was aiming them, it wasnt hard to adjust them, but it took a long time, and it was hard to do it correctly, but hids would have been beautiful in them, just never had the money, maybe i will with anzo projectors and the 05 but not sure yet

you need to make h4 harness directly to the battery. You can find the instructions on hidplanet.com.
