ebay foglights
ok so I just got my ebay foglights which comes with its own switch non oem foglights...
I bought it from racing_guys or something and the package was missing a switch... time for neg feedback and dispute on paypal
anyways, does anyone know if I can use an OEM foglight switch with a fake oem fog light?

Before you give negative feedback... re-read the auction and see if he mentions that the switch is provided. Most eBay listings for the OEM replica fogs don't come with a switch.
And yes you can use a OEM fog switch with a replica product.

how much would an oem switch run me? also would it be compatible with this wiring without doing any extra soldering?

This is what I'm doing since buying from racing_guys as well.Everything was packaged fine .. sure the wiring didn't look/feel the greatest, but it was manageable. Noticed right away though on the box it states H3 - though on the product its H11 bulb
is what I'm doing for trying to save a few dollars. Oh, and I've also been told that the wiring harness is designed for those bulbs/wattage and nothing more. Though I don't know what bulbs are more than 55w especially for fogs, but its something I remember the tuner saying.I just hope there are no more problems after buying/finding the OEM switch.
