phuviano has a spectacular aura aboutphuviano has a spectacular aura about
HID's and DRL lights.

I have a question about HID's and DRL lights. I have an 04 Ex (cdn si), and in 04 they change the lights to 9006, and 9005. Previous years used H4 bulbs. If I get an HID kit, my DRL lights should still work the same, no????

I noticed that the DRL's are the 9005 bulbs, and not the 9006. So If I did a 9006 HID conversion, I don't think it would affect my DRL's. My DRL should turn on automatically in the daytime, correct????

Anybody got pics of a 4300K kit installed on an 04 or 05. I say 04 or 05 cause the headlight housing is different.

TIA, Phu.

wont affect it. However you may want to pull the DRL fuses and just get rid of those dingy running lights
