Wondering if the glare shield on H4 kits suppose to be on top on below the bulb? i installed mine and its under the bulb, just making sure thats how its suppose to be. And does the ballast suppose to make a little buzzing sound?

it should be the only way that u can put the bulb in, but yea if u can put it in another way u shouldnt, the shild is on the bottom
