isn't it pretty simple?
just cut the wire from the adapter. wire the positve side to the switch, and negative to ground. then wire up the switch and u are done.

^yep.. you can even just tap the wires for the ciglighter.. just yank that whole piece out (if yer accessory switches are not used.. just pop out the blanks with a razorblade.. stick 2 fingers in the hole and yank.. it will pop right out.. if they are used just use the screwdriver in a towel method.. i found the passangers side to be the easyest).. tap the positive and then just use one of the grounds that are located behind the pannel.. theres atleast 2 that i know of.. you will see them they are right there..

if yer accessory spots are not used the covers are great places to put switches (you can get them at radio shack for $3).. the center holds the small toggel switches perfectly.. all you have to do is drill a small hole.... throw a fuse on the line (also available at radioshack for $3) then run the wires under the center console..
push the wires out the back (towards the engine) then pop the sides lose (the clips in the front that you cant figure out how to release... get a pen and push the center.. they will then open right up).. pull the pieces back a lil bit so you can tuck the wires underneith till you get back to the seats.. then just mount yer lights wherever you want them.. just make sure the wires dont get pinched in the track and yer set..

I've never done anything like this before. I have no clue on how to run the wires. I guess I'll pay circuit city 70 bucks and get everything wired by them. Meh.

yeah its really easy.. hell drive here and give me $70 and ill do it for ya... well.. not this weekend.. were sorta getting a bit of snow.. but im sure yer aware of this

on a scale of 1-10 (1 being hanging an air freshner from the rearview, 10 being an engine swap) this is a 3... plug in neons are nice cuz the come with a relay ready to handle a straight 12v source.. if you wanted to you could connect the wires straight to the battery..

here.. i painted you a pic

1 lighter.. just split the wires apart.. tap each of them with the wires for yer neons
2 20 fuse.. one side + one side -
3 builtin relay (chances are this is already built into the wire of yer neons.. if not just ignore it cuz they put it somewhere else)comes with neon.. you dont need to do anything with this)
4 neon.. stick it under yer seat..
