Question Twin or single angel eye projectors?

Hi there, I've been in a debate over which headlights I should get. Single angel eye are the most common and I really like the 3 light socket row design in these but I've heard they burn light bulbs, the halo rim itself burns out and basically it puts me in doubt weather I should get them or not. Twin halo's rather look good but there're not enough reviews to convince me to go for them and I really don't like the position of the corner lights/parking lights. Please give an idea which lights I should get out of the two, thanks.

I Got the single Halo's Only Problem......THe HEAD LAMP BULBS ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS GO OUT in the first day or so...its only like 10 bucks to replace them but its just a bit@# , Second. Depending on the light .. The Beam only go's like 50 ft infront of the car. wich make its a pain to see the road at night ( i have to use the road line to drive at night sometimes) and Yes the halo's Go out....well one of mine did.....if you want the projector look then get them other than that there not really worth it...........................By the was astroid...the single halo pic you have up there is showing w/ the brights on..the normal lamp is about as bright as the pic of the double halo. the normal lamp is the light within the halo so you cant even see it unless you hook it up to your runnin lights ( the first switch that only turns on your rear lights and front turning lights)

why dont you take that money and buy an HID kit off impulse and put it in the stock housing.

imo, head lights are for light if what down said was true, i dont care how cool those angle eyes look if you cant see the raod at night, may as well just take the lights out, or tape flashlights to your car :P

Halos suck! They look nice, but they dont last long, ide say stock black outs or tyc black outs. F-halos

I have them and one of the halos burned out.

So how would your car look with only 1 working halo? It would look pretty gay if you ask me.

If you are going for looks, go for dual halo!

i bought the single halo off ebay from altezzaworld. The halo rings didnt completely burn out but they are really dim, which is alright with me i guess. They do project less light at night time in comparison to my stock lights, but it is still enough to see fine. My brights actually seem brighter than my stock brights with my new headlamps, if that makes any sense. Overall they look great and they work reasonably well. (i payed 150 for them. My suggestion would be to pay the extra $$ for longer lasting halos)

I bought mine from ebay as well about a year ago. My lights work fantastic. I can see farther then 50 feet at night but the light is a bit soft for my liking. My halos work great as well, have not shown any sign of dimming or going out and really standout at night with the parking lights. I got the Black housed ones from Matrix, dont know if ebay has any other brands out there. I am actually selling them if anyone is interested. Went back to stock because I am selling the car.

Lighting mods should be done to increase saftey or to insure it... Halo projectors really arent that bright... They are ok... but, OEM is better (other wise honda would have given you halogen projectors stock) no?

anyways, If you get them, Make sure they are aimed correctly.

are the tyc projectors just as bad as these halos? I want to have black housing on my lights, and i was avoiding blacking out my oems. i saw some tyc projectors without halos, wasn't sure how well these worked compared to oem. i've heard tons of bad stuff about the halo rings going out, so maybe i will just have to attempt and black out my oems.

stock/3 bulbs

halos/4 bulbs 2 halos

wires

one red one white to each of the halos.. and that leaves blinker, high, low and.. ?other?.. thats where i get lost.. and is the blinker suposed to go on top or by the reflector...

chances are ill take it to a shop just cuz i have no faith in my work.. but if they ask i want to atleast be able to tell them how i want it set up.. i know i want the halos on a seperate switch.. but im not sure where i want it yet.. im thinkin the "recycle air" button (the one next to the ac that makes yer windows fog up) simply cuz it has no other use and it would be pretty slick having it there..

I got the lights shipped to me a few days ago and yeah there're two wires for each of the halos, red is plus and white is minus (or is it the other way around??). The red wires can be wired to the parking light. The white are ground and have to be wrapped around any metal object. The bulbs are plug'n'play really, unplug the stock and plug them into your new headlight. In the far corner it's the blinker and the one the small one beside projector is the parking light. The projector's using an H3 bulb and H1's for the high beam. I haven't installed mine yet cuzz I am waiting for different bulbs to be shipped. The halos look hyper white/blueish when on, so far I have talked to one owner who had them on and they haven't burned out unlike the previous single halo projectors.
