Well somehow the side undercar neon busted the day after I had my tires put on. They're right under the sideskirts. Do you think the shop did it? The thing is, the tube looks cracked but it feels smooth on the outside. You can see a piece of neon that broke off as well. Do you think it's covered under warranty? What would I have to do to get it replaced? Thanks.
The other side tube just shattered today, so I just ripped everything off. No more neons...

I forgot what the warranty covered, because if I remember correctly, there is a lifetime warranty on one of the two glass casings, but I honestly forgot which one (I stupidly threw my manual away before eventually breaking one of my own tubes). But I think if your shop is shady, they may have broken it and "forgot" to tell you, but if you're car is lowered, going over any inclination is asking to break them. Bottom line, check your warranty in the manual. I doubt you'll be able to squeeze anything out from the shop if they did it.

well i bought a set of optix neons and streetglow makes em. well 1st my front bulb busted and i called em and they said they can only replace it if it came broken. then when i joined the highspeed collision club my drivers side tube busted. then the wire on the back one got messed up nicely. so now im left with one working bulb. but it was probably your shop. cause when i took my car to goodyear for an oil change the dude put the hoist right on my busted bulb and im like i got neons under there and hes like oh so yeah good luck with it all man

haha, mines better. I was backing my car out of a driveway last weekend and I couldn't see and I took one of my front tire right off of the curb and droped my car on the curb, with my front neon in between.....
It's only like $40 for a small tube though

Man this sucks. I'm gonna have to get another one for $50 and then spend more time under the car fixing it. The thing is my tubes were up inside the side skirts, and Honda has never broken them. I would think that the whole tube would be busted and not just the inside.
I found the warranty info. It says claims must be made through the vendor I bought it from. Anyone know where CircaX is?

The other side neon broke today as well, and I just ripped everything out. I'm pissed at how this happened out of nowhere. The outer lexan tube is perfectly fine, but the neon bulb inside got owned.

Hmm, yeah. You should of seen the neon tube inside. It was broken into a million pieces, even though the outer plastic was fine.
And now I can't show off to the other ricers out there. I miss the neons already
