issue with xenon bulbs

issue with xenon bulbs

I installed xenon bulbs in my civic about 6 mo ago, some guy at pep boys told me I needed 2 change the socket thingy and get a surge protector thingy.. so I did and ever since my lights have been on high beams.. does any one know how 2 fix this .. I would trouble shoot but it was a pain putting them in the first time... pls help

Sure they are on high beams? It could be that the bulbs are now way brighter and covers a further distance. Try aiming your headlights down more.
