Signal Lights Help Pls!!!

Signal Lights Help Pls!!! I got my halos busted bout couple days ago and repaired it today based on Whelan's DIY on HALO's...http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...ht=halo+repair
Anyway, when I was testing the LED's on 9v works just fine, but when I connect my LED's to the car, it doesn't lit up
I check High beam headlights and signal lights works fine blinking on both sides. Then bout 20 minutes later, my signal light on the left doesn't blink anymore only the right side...
I checked the fuse box underneath the steering wheel signal light fuse#19 looks perfectly fine
And just to make sure, I checked the fusebox on the engine bay aswell, no popped fuse there either...
You guys have any idea my LED doesn't work but on whelan's DIY works fine? and you guys know why my left signal light doesn't work and only the right? Is there any other fuse box, besides those two I mentioned? Pls Help! Thanks!
