Stock headlights gets soo much better lighting than all of aftermarket projectors. Thats why many people just clear stock headlights or paint them.If you really want projectors, then get TYC' and HID conversion.

TYC is the only brand I would buy for aftermarket headlights on this car. A few people have complained about the visibility of their projectors, but I think mine are actually better than stock.

TYC is the best, but you dont get as much light output as you do with the stock lights. I traded my TYC's for the stocks back and painted them black and left the amber piece in.

I have the angel eyes, and i agree they are not as bright as stock plus bulbs don't last as long as you would like them too. At 25 bucks a pop. But they do look sweet. Goodluck!

I have the "halo" projectors and spent another 3 hrs last night trying to adjusting them in the cold *** weather. It really cant be done. If you aim them a little high, then your blinding people almost like your high-beams are on, then if you aim them a little low, they are too much to the ground. You just cant win. I adjust them all sorts of ways last night and there is no "perfect" way to have'em. I suggest keeping stock, or if you do get projectors, maybe save up and retrofit that ****. However, the projectors do look 100x better that stock housing. Its really up to you what you want. Projector lighting isnt thaaaat much less than stock, however it is noticable.

All together it will cost you about $550-$650. You can get TYC projectors which are about 185-210 or halo projectors that are about 165-195. Then you have to buy lenses from an audi to retro fit in your projectors, and that would be another 150-200. Then you have to get the hid kit which is about another 280-350$.

well I have TYC projectors that I ordered for $265 from www.thecivicstore.com...when u first install them, shine them on wall preferably in dim lighting and adjust the the screws on light assembly where the bulbs go so your lights will be pointed straight ahead...with a good set of headlight light bulbs...the lighting is fine...go with the Nokya H1 bulbs....TALK ABOUT BLUE!! I left stock (white) bulbs in my highbeams.

If you go for a "blue" color, you are only making the light-output worse. I have been reading on the forum from other tyc projector owners, and i know myself that 4X Mtecs are the best with TYC's and Have not burned the wire harness. If you dont want to risk it then get 2X Mtecs.

If you want real HIDs, Let me know...

You can remove it if u want but it will probably be weird looking... I would leave it alone/on... Its meant to be there.

If you dont want the reflector there, There is another pair of projectors with a clear one. You can always be creative and make your own out of plexi glass or something...

I HAVE THE BLACK PROJECTOR BY TYC AND IT IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD .. ALMOST AS GOOD AS BMW AND AUDIS AND SAABS BECAUSE IF YOU STAND AT A FAR DISTANCE....... YOU WILL SEE A SPECTRUM OF COLORS EMITED FROM THE PROJECTORS; BLUE, PURPLE, WHITE , ETC. VERY VERY NICE. IM IN LOVE WITH MY PROJECTORS. $250. WWW.NOPIONLINE.COM . I KNOW I PAID TOO MUCH BUT THEY HAD IT WITH THEM AND I JUST BOUGHT IT AT THE SPOT.... THE ONLYL THING THAT SUCKS ABOUT THEM IS THE H3 BULB EMITS YELLOW BEAM WHEN YOU ARE CLOSE.... BUT THE FARTHER YOU ARE AWAY, THE MORE THE LIGHT EMITTED BECOMES H.I.D ..... CHECK MY GALLERY

Yeah, I meant H1 low beam..... H3 high beam....... MUCH BRIGTHER THAN STOCK..... but TYC could have gone the distance and gave us XENON bulbs instead of HALOGEN........ after all. $250 TYC compared to $125 APC or whatever brands.........you should get it all.

Well, I still love it and will change the bulb some times in the future.. I got more mod plans than that.
