05 LX Cranks but will not start.....

3 days ago my battery died b/c headlights left on over night. I jumped it seemed to recharge nicely. Couple days later the car just would not start. It cranks pretty good, just does not start. Fuses look good. Timing belt was changed just a few months ago. No fuel leaks that I can see. Then I took a spare spark plug, put it on a coil and attached to one end of a jumper cable and the other end to the neg terminal on the battery. No spark. Is it my crankshaft position sensor? What else? Any ideas, advices will be appreciated. Thanks

I am not sure how else to describe it. Apparently the car does not have spark. All fuses intact, battery is fine, grounds look good. I am not sure what direction to go from here.....
