when you say window chalk, I am thinking the shoe polish crap that people put on when they are selling their vehicle, if that is it, use windex, comes right off.

for window, NO TOUCH auto glass stripper from napa parts. for paint, some sort of paint cleaner or body scrub thats clear coat safe.

solvent should work just fine on the door panels/fenders area...

check with your dealership, or A dealership...sometimes they may be nice enough to help you remove it. If I'm thinking of the stuff you're talking about, then it's no problem removing... (it's the stuff that people use to write on their windows for high school graduations/weddings/other such events, right?)

i used regular rubbing alcohol to get that stuff off my windows and the side of my car, but i did it under some shade and washed that area of my car off after using it.
