Swapped out My Cluster

Hey guys, quick question. I search few times, but wasn't sure exactly what to search for. Typed in the question, but came up with irrelevant threads. Anyway.

I replaced my busted cluster, the cluster I replaced it with had different mileage on it. If anyone in Canada (or the US if its the same) has done it before. What do I have to do now to get the mileage right? Do I get the mileage corrected, or do I have to get something saying what the mileage was?

I wrote down the mileage of my old cluster when I took it out, and wrote down the mileage from the "new" one.

Thanks!!
