Rep Power: 0 Check Engine Light Multiple Codes
I have a 1998 Civic LX I got from my little sister at 160k miles that has been well cared for.
As the title says I have a CEL with multiple codes and here they are:
P0501-Vehicle Speed Senor A Range/Performance
P1298-? Something to do with voltage circuit
P0135-O2 Sensor heater Bank 1 Sensor 1
P01410-O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
Just under a week ago I sideswiped a car doing about 30 during a foggy night and busted my RH headlight and dented my right fender. The headlight has been since replaced.
However Thursday we had heavy snowfall here (about 8" in all) and as I was backing up over a patch of ice & snow late at night in my apartment lot I heard the bottom scrape, then the CEL came on and things went wacky. It idles roughly, shifts roughly, and revs roughly. The speedo jerks from one extreme (0 MPH) to the other (120 MPH) never holding in one place for long. Oh and the lights and blower seem to flicker in power at speed.
I have checked and replaced fuse #15 in the driver's side kick panel and had the codes pulled by Advance Auto Parts and confirmed by my trusty mechanic.
Any help folks?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

All your answers should be here:

http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/misc/...%2315_fuse.pdf
Both links are essentially the same info.

Thank you will be taking the printout to my trusted mechanic straightaway Monday as it is in the 20s/30s F and I REALLY don't feel like working on it in this weather.
Also how badly (if at all) will it hurt the vehicle to be driving it before this is fixed as I have had to drive for my job since this occurred on Thurs?
