98 Civic LX post-overheat issues
Hi,
My 98 Honda Civic LX overheated for the first time due to a cracked radiator. We replaced the radiator same-day. Over the following two weeks, the car experienced progressively worse issues. Started getting the random misfire code after startup, and sporadic lack of power at around 40-50mph.
After a few weeks, as conditions worsened, the car would not start up at all. It tries to turn over a sputters a bit but no successful starts since.
Check the distributor, spark plugs, and compression. All is good.
Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
