Rep Power: 0 do you just hear static? if so, yeah check the antenna wire. and if not that, check to see if the power antenna wire is connected to the car harness (blue)(i know we dont have power antenna's, but we have a antenna booster and needs to be powered)

Rep Power: 0 the booster is in the back of the car behind the plastic next to the window, and it needs to get power. we don't have power antenna in our cars, but we still need to connect it to power that booster. in your harness that plugs into your car, there should be a blue wire saying power antenna (mine did), and you need to connect that to the power antenna wire from your Headunit.
forgot to ask, but your car is a 7thgen, right?

Rep Power: 0 no, u dont need to run the wire to the back of the car, the wire is already going from the booster to the factory car harness (behind the HU), so if you don't have a blue power antenna wire in the aftermarket adapter harness you bought, u need to tap the wire from your HU marking power antenna to the factory harness. First of all, just to clear things up....did you buy the adapter harness that plugs into your car harness and gives you all the colour wires to match to the Headunit harness? (sorry if confusing), if you did, are you sure there is no blue wire making power antenna?

Rep Power: 0 yeah the harness I bought fits perfectly into the the car harness.
There is a blue wire that is on the aftermarket harness that plugs into the car harness says "attena or power attena" i forget but, that doesnt go to anything on the harness that plugs into the aftermarket deck.

Rep Power: 0 there is 3 harnesses, the harness that is pluged in the headunit, the harness that is connected to the headunit harness and plugs into the car harness, and the car harness. the power antenna wire from the headunit harness has to be connected to the wire that goes to the booster. now, u can either connect it to the blue wire (if you have one) in the harness that is between the car harness and the headunit harness. if you dont have that blue wire, you'll need to connect it to the car harness by tapping into the wire (not sure what colour it will be in your car, but i can find out in few minutes)
