the tip of my rca cable is stuck in the input...what do i do to get it out?

172 they aren't the rca's that screw on are they? i had a pair of RF rca's that screwed on to tighten and loosen... i didn't know it though until i grabbed the pair of pliers and wrenched them off. felt so dumb
