Ceramic pads ???

Hi everyone, I have a 07 civic ex 4 wheel disc brake. I want to put ceramic pads on for brake dust reasons, and because they last longer and i drive for a liveing. QUESTION are ceramic pads eaiser or harder on my routers??? thanks.

Ceramic pads are harder on your rotors. They make less dust because they are harder.
