Keep getting rocks behind front brakes splash shield

Keep getting rocks behind front brakes splash shield
Anyone else keep getting gravel between the rotors and splash shield.

Sounds terrible and have a hell of a time getting it to come out.

Can it do damage possibly to leave it ???
